Michael Scavo is a fifteen-year veteran of the mold remediation and indoor air-quality industry. He founded Ocean Air Quality with one goal in mind: to help clients clearly understand the how and why behind mold identification, moisture mapping, and proper remediation.

Michael brings a unique perspective to every job, combining deep technical knowledge with a genuine passion for protecting families and improving the health of their homes. Over the years, he has overseen hundreds of mold projects, including flood damage, smoke contamination, biohazards, and complex moisture-intrusion cases.

What truly sets Michael apart is his commitment to his clients. He treats every home the same way he would treat the homes of his own mother and daughter — with care, honesty, and uncompromising attention to detail.

When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his daughter in her cheer journey.
